Hello Mexico!

Have we told you lately how much we love our job?? Renda and I are off to Mexico tomorrow to photograph the wedding of Jennifer Cuevas and Jason Cox! Can you tell we're excited??

Jennifer and Jason are such a great couple! They're like family to us!

Here's a few images from their engagment session in downtown Charlotte.

Extreme Home Makeover

We recently had the opportunity to help ABC's Extreme Home Makeover with the King family home in Charlotte! We were approached about donating frames for the King family's photographs that they had collected over the years, but never displayed. We jumped at the chance to be a part of something so wonderful!

After the filming had taken place, a lady told us... as Ty took the mother through the house, she kept saying, "You framed my pictures!" Something as simple as a frame can mean so much to someone.

The King family seems very deserving of their new home and daycare facility. And they seemed to appreciate everything that was done for them.

Williams Family

Nicole and John Williams have been clients of ours for years. We've been able to watch their boys, Jack and Eli, grow up. About three years ago, they mentioned to us that they had purchased a historic home in Albemarle and they were remodeling it into their dream home. Well, they're finally done and the house is amazing!



So... it was time for a new family portrait!







Meet Stella, their jack russell terrior! Isn't she adorable?

The inside of the house was just as beautiful as the outside!

Thanks to the Williams family for inviting us out to your new home! If you can't tell, we LOVE it!

KA Studios Cinematography

At our last two weddings, we've had the priviledge of working with two very talented videographers, Keith and Amie, from KA Studios Cinematography. This is definitely not your average videography!

Keith and Amie are a such a nice couple and their creativity is evident! We can't wait to see the finished DVDs!

Trexler-Frick Wedding

Sara Trexler and Nathan Frick were married last Saturday, October 18th, in Salisbury. Nathan is the brother of Aubrey, the bride from our recent Ocean Isle wedding. We've also photographed Sara's sister Lillie and her family over the years - starting with their wedding and now their family of four! So it was a pleasure to photograph this wedding!

We couldn't imagine having more fun at a wedding! This group was so easy to work with... and it helps that they're all beautiful!

Buddy's Trip

You might have heard that Buddy was recently on a mission trip overseas. Over a span of ten days, Buddy and a group of missionary men traveled from Hong Kong to Shenzen, China and then to Manila, Phillipines. Here's a sneak peek at some images he took on his trip.

Hammer-Brooks Wedding

Last Saturday, October 11th, we photographed the wedding of Whitney Hammer and Geoff Brooks. We traveled to Roaring Gap, NC for their special day. The weather was perfect and the fall colors made a beautiful backdrop!

Whitney and Geoff had a photo booth at their reception! What a fun idea! So... of course... we had to play with it!



Everyone had these photo booth cards printed and then put in a scrapbook with a personal message to the bride and groom. So CREATIVE!

We had such a great time at this wedding! We'll let you know when all the images are online so you can see how perfect their big day actually was!
