Harris Road Middle School Career Day

Last Wednesday, Tara and Karen attended the Harris Road Middle School Career Day. One of the guidance counselors, Linda Stephens, invited them to join other professionals who would be speaking about their careers - pharmacist, Chick-fil-A manager, fireman, account executive, police officer, etc.

Tara and Karen spoke to four different groups of 7th graders about photography. They put together a slideshow of images to show the students and then talked to them about what is involved in being a photographer. They told the students how they got to where they are now and what education they have. Then Tara spoke to them about different things that can be done in Photoshop. The students were pretty impressed that Tara could give them muscles and hair if they need it!
