South Eastern Professional Photographers of America
The IP girls took a trip last weekend! Saturday morning we hopped on a bus with about 30 other professional photographers from NC. The SEPPA convention (South Eastern Professional Photographers of America) was held in Athens, Georgia from Saturday to Tuesday.
IP girls at the arches of the UGA campus.
Renda was in heaven in Athens... the home of the Bulldogs! There are about 40 bulldog statues around the city that are painted with different themes. We tried to photograph Renda with as many statues as we found!
You know IP girls like to eat good! Our bus made a stop at the Varsity - a local hamburger/hot dog joint in Athens. It was fabulous! We recommend the slaw dogs, onion rings, and....
the milkshakes... of course!
Another thanks to the guys from ImageQuix and Buckeye Color Lab for hosting the event images and offering free 5x7 portraits for attendees!

IP with attitude!
The highlight of our trip was the Sunday night party! Everyone on our bus received a SEPPA shirt and we all wore them to the party. NC definitely had the most spirit!
We volunteered to photograph the portraits at the party. The background was donated by Back 2 Back Designs and the lights were donated by Stu from Midwest Photo. Special thanks to Danny Daniels for all your help!!

We jumped in a few images as "cheerleaders." :)
Then it was our turn...
Game Faces! :)
After the portraits were done, the party started with the Band of Oz. Renda enjoyed herself on stage singing, dancing, and jamming on the tamberines. I think they might have inducted her as the newest member of the band after her great performance (5 songs long).
